Events

We do all sorts of events in addition to our weekday coffee run. Being available to do your event usually depends on whether we are not already booked so the earlier you contact us the better.

Weekday Events

Weekday events are usually less than 100 people and are located in or around Cowra. These include but are not limited to: field days, corporate lunches, business meetings, trade shows, conferences, funerals, welcome back to the office events, staff rewards and team celebrations.

Our regular weekday morning coffee run allows us to be available for events on weekdays. They are easy for us to organise as we are already in town delivering coffee between 7:30 am and 1 pm.

Contact us at least a few days in advance with the following information so we can shuffle around our morning schedule to fit you in.

      1. Approximately, how many people will be attending?
      2. The date, the start and finish times.
      3. The address.
      4. Will individuals be paying separately or will the organisation be paying the invoice?
      5. Are you requiring beverages only or would you like us to provide caramel slices, brownies, etc?

If you would like to turn this event into a regular monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly thing, consider going on our coffee run.

Weekend Events

Weekends are sacred to us because we also work during the week. This means we are only available for two weekends a month so please plan ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Events we service include: shows, sporting events, markets, birthdays & weddings, social gatherings, concerts, festivals and things like that. We will travel up to an hour (Orange & Bathurst) for some events.

If you would like us to serve fresh espresso coffee at your event, we will need to know things like:

      1. Approximately, how many people will be attending?
      2. Do you have electricity available? (Preferred but not necessary)
      3. The date, the start and finish times.
      4. The address.
      5. Is there a flat undercover area? (Also preferred but not necessary)
      6. Does the area have mobile Internet access? (for our mobile EFTPOS machine)
      7. Will individuals be paying separately or will the organisation be paying the invoice?
      8. Will there be other food & drink vendors attending?
      9. Is there a site fee?
      10. Are you requiring beverages only or would you like us to provide caramel slices, brownies, etc?

Please Note: for smaller weekend events, a minimum fee of $300 applies. This includes the first two hours of our time and up to $300 worth of drinks.

Our machines are always warm and ready to serve on arrival so you and your guests won’t be waiting for coffee.

Insurance & Council Requirements

Cowra Council has inspected and approved Ohyeah Coffee as a Mobile Van Food Business.

Please contact us if you need to view our current Public Liability Certificate of Currency.

Ohyeah Coffee meets NSW Food Authority standards. Contact us if you need to view the Food Safety Supervisor certification.

Tax Invoices

Tax receipts can be issued for individual purchases via EFTPOS or a collective tax invoice can be issued at the end of the event.
